Freight Policy:
All claims for damages or
shortages in transit must be filed with the delivery carrier as soon as possible.
Notify our Customer Service department of shortages and damage within ten days
of receipt of order.
Returns:
No merchandise may be returned without
authorization. Authorization may be requested within ten days from date of receipt
